FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

What we supply, ordering, VMI, paperwork, export control and supplier onboarding.

What we supply

What can you supply today?

8 lanes: shop floor supply and VMI, test stand and fluid systems, build to print and outside processing, raw material, tooling and metrology, electrical and connectors, ground power, and handling and lifting. All commercial or non flight.

Do you need a CAGE code or DDTC registration for me to buy from you?

Not for commercial and non flight items, which is most of what a build floor buys. Both are in process. We post status on the compliance board and update it the day it changes.

Can you supply flight hardware?

Not yet. Flight hardware opens with AS9120 certification. Until then we quote it only where your approved source list allows, and we say so on the quote.

Ordering and quotes

How fast do you quote?

We reply within 1 business day and quote within 3. Send a part list, a consumables list, a drawing or a CSV through the quote form.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 for approved accounts. VMI customers get one consolidated invoice a month.

Do some items have minimum order quantities?

Some makers set minimums. If one applies, we say so on the quote before you order.

Can I send a list that is not in your catalog?

Yes. Paste or upload it in the catalog. Anything we cannot match becomes a custom line, and we source it.

VMI

How often do you count?

Weekly or biweekly, on a schedule you set. Counts happen on site.

How do we start?

With a 90 day pilot on one work cell and your top 20 items. At day 90 you expand, adjust or stop.

Quality and paperwork

Are you AS9120 certified?

Not yet. Our quality system is written to ISO 9001 and AS9120, and certification is planned. Flight hardware opens when it is in place. We will not claim it before it is real.

What paperwork ships with each order?

A certificate of conformance with your PO, part, revision, quantity and lot, maker certs passed through unaltered, and country of origin per lot. Build to print parts add a first article in AS9102 format.

Will you complete our supplier survey?

Yes, within 5 business days. Request it with the onboarding packet in the compliance center.

Export control

Are you registered with DDTC?

Our registration was filed on October 8, 2026 and is in process. We show the status on the compliance board and update it when it is approved.

Can you take our ITAR drawings?

Once DDTC registration is complete, through a controlled transfer handled by U.S. persons only. Until then, send non controlled drawings and specs.

Suppliers

Which countries do you source from?

The United States and allied countries. We state country of origin per lot and do not supply items made in ITAR 126.1 countries.

How do I become a supplier?

Send your details through the supplier page. We ask for ISO 9001 or AS9100, country of origin per lot and a CoC with every shipment.

Still have a question?

Email or call. You get the COO, not a queue.
